By accessing or using the Dear You website (dearyou.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All products listed on Dear You are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

Dear You operates primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis within Morocco. Depending on the order, we may request an upfront deposit — 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50% of the total order value — before processing. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery.

An order is confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from Dear You via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

We deliver exclusively within Morocco. Estimated delivery timeframes vary by region and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Dear You works with third-party delivery partners and is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery fees, if applicable, are communicated before order confirmation.

Given the nature of our products — personalised gift boxes and gift items — all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and prepared. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong item was delivered.

To report an issue, contact us at contact@dearyou.store within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of Dear You or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dear You and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
